  • Researching suitable properties within the client’s budget, location preferences, and move timeline

  • Coordinating and booking viewing appointments directly with estate agents

  • Producing a clear, tabled itinerary including:

    • Viewing time slots

    • Property addresses

    • Links to online listings

    • Agent contact information

    • Rental price

    • Property availability

  • Ensuring the itinerary is logically routed and time-efficient for the client’s day of viewings

School Search Itinerary

  • Researching schools that meet the client’s criteria (age group, curriculum, distance, Ofsted rating, availability)

  • Contacting schools to gather admissions details or arrange appointments (depending on DSP preference)

  • Producing an itinerary or information pack including:

    • Appointment times (if applicable)

    • School addresses & contact details

    • Links to school websites

    • Admissions information and deadlines

    • Key notes (catchment areas, ratings, transport options)

Settling In Itinerary

  • Researching key services in the client’s new neighbourhood, such as:

    • 3 local GPs

    • 3 dentists

    • Pharmacies

    • Local supermarkets & convenience stores

    • Transport links

    • Childcare/nurseries (if required)

    • Gyms, community centres, or useful local facilities

  • Compiling the findings into a clean, organised document including:

    • Names & addresses

    • Contact numbers

    • Web links

    • Opening hours

    • Distance from the client’s new home
